I have just tried rapairing quick fix first and online after , but it didn't improve things. I'll try re-installing as soon as I have some time and will post an update.

Do you know if Microsoft offers assistance to paying customers to fix this type of shameful issues or would it be faster to just drop the ballast and switch to another program? I am having the same issue with Outlook. All other office programs work fine. I tried to repair that did not work. I uninstalled and did a system clean, reinstalled, and I am still having the same problem with Outlook.

It started with one of the last few updates; I went back to older additions and still have the same problem. It takes almost 10 minutes to load and then constantly tells me to wait.

I had to move to the web-based email, which seems to be working fine, but it does not help when I have integrated all my email address into Outlook. I even installed it on my laptop to see, and it is running fine, but it won't work anymore on the home PC. It all started with one of the many Microsoft updates for my home PC.
